Open Air Yoga
Join us for an all-levels outdoor yoga class designed to energize your body and calm your mind. These summer sessions combine breathwork, flowing sequences, and grounding stretches, all set against the backdrop of fresh air and open sky.
Expect a balanced practice that builds strength, improves flexibility, and leaves you feeling refreshed and centered. Modifications are offered throughout, making the class welcoming for beginners and experienced students alike.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a drink and suitable clothing.
Please turn up in good time for a 9am start.
