• Please show your tickets to the staff member in the Ticket Hut.
• Arrive promptly at the Castle at your selected tour time. Remember there is a short walk (5 minutes) to the Castle from the Ticket Hut, so please leave plenty of time.
• Enter the Vaulted Hall, which is the door to the left hand side of the main entrance. Please show your tickets to the member of staff inside.
• The tour will take 45 minutes.
• The Castle will be dark in places so please take care.
• This is a family friendly tour, however it may not be suitable for children under 6 years of age as there will be reference to ghosts and killings.
• Keep children with you at all times.
